Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Build Your Future website or enrolling in any program. By accessing our site or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
01 Acceptance
By submitting an application, enrolling, or otherwise using our services, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
02 Our services
Build Your Future provides live, 1-on-1 online trading education and mentorship delivered by professional analysts, including:
- Personalised online education sessions
- 1-on-1 video mentorship with senior analysts
- Live trade-review and strategy discussions
- Access to our analyst community and learning resources
All sessions are conducted online via agreed video platforms.
03 Education only — important notice
⚠️ Build Your Future provides education only. Nothing we provide is financial advice, an investment recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. We do not manage funds and we make no promise, projection or guarantee of any profit or result. Trading carries a substantial risk of loss. See our full Risk Warning. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions; consult a licensed financial adviser before trading.
04 Eligibility
To use our services you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
- Provide accurate, truthful information in our forms
- Not be located where our services are prohibited
05 Payments & refunds
Program fees are agreed individually at enrolment; payment terms are communicated before any charge. Refund policy: if you are not satisfied within your first session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of that session. Requests after this window are considered case by case.
06 Intellectual property
All program content — strategies, materials, recordings and methodologies — is the exclusive property of Build Your Future. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute or commercialise it, or share materials with third parties, without written consent. Breach may result in termination without refund.
07 Acceptable use
You agree not to provide false information, harass our staff, circumvent security controls, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build Your Future is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or any trading decision you make. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant program in the preceding three months.
09 Cancellation & rescheduling
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be counted as a completed session at our discretion.
10 Governing law & arbitration
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules.
