Build Your Future ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Build Your Future is a trading education provider offering live 1-on-1 online mentorship. For any privacy matter, including PDPA access or correction requests, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@buildyourfuture.sg.
02 Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly through our forms:
- Name — first and last name
- Email address — to respond to your enquiry
- Phone / WhatsApp number — to contact you about programs
- Program of interest — to match you with the right course
We also collect limited technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and analytics.
03 Purpose & consent
Under the PDPA, we collect, use and disclose your personal data only for purposes you have consented to, namely to:
- Respond to your application and contact you within 24 hours
- Contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about our educational programs
- Match you with a suitable analyst and program
- Improve our website and services through aggregate analytics
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
You provide consent by ticking the consent checkbox in our forms. We do not use your data for purposes beyond those stated without obtaining fresh consent.
04 Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing dpo@buildyourfuture.sg. Upon withdrawal, we will cease contacting you for the stated purposes within a reasonable period. Note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain services to you.
05 Disclosure of data
We never sell your personal data. We may disclose it only to:
- Our analyst team — to facilitate your onboarding
- Service providers — e.g. email or CRM tools, bound by confidentiality and PDPA-compliant agreements
- Authorities — only where required by law
06 Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies and browser sessionStorage for functional purposes only — such as keeping the intake timer consistent during your visit. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser without affecting core functionality.
07 Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes collected or as required by law. If you do not enrol, enquiry data is deleted within 90 days of your last contact with us.
08 Your PDPA rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent — at any time, as described above

09 Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no internet transmission is fully secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Singapore compliance
This Privacy Policy is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. We comply with the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry provisions under the PDPA. Before contacting you by phone or SMS for marketing purposes, we verify your number against the DNC Registry — unless you have provided explicit consent by ticking the consent checkbox on our registration form.
You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at www.pdpc.gov.sg if you believe your data rights have been violated.
